Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Items are shipped directly from Bali unless stock is available in our Australian warehouse, in which case local fulfillment may be used to reduce delivery time.

Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days for delivery to most locations in Australia. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Remote and Regional Areas
While we strive for timely delivery across all regions, Haay Bali is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or logistical issues in remote or regional areas.
